1. Definitions & Legal Terms

• Jewellery refers to pre-designed or ready-made gold and lab-grown diamond pieces sold “as is.”

• Mounts are settings (with or without diamonds), and Loose Diamonds are individual stones sold separately.

• Trademarks: You must not use the trademarks, logos, or any intellectual property of SOLITAIRE DIAM AND ART without prior written consent.

2. Pricing & Fluctuations

• Prices are based on current precious metal and diamond market rates, which fluctuate with international (USD) exchange values. The price at the time of payment will be applicable.

• Minor price variations between estimates and final product value may occur, resulting in an additional charge or refund at the time of sale.

3. Order Cancellation & Returns

Order Cancellation

• Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours, subject to a 2% payment gateway fee.

• If cancelled after 24 hours, a ₹3,000 processing fee plus the 2% gateway charge will apply.

• For custom-made pieces, all making charges are forfeited if cancelled after 24 hours.

Refunds Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after quality verification. The refund will be credited to the original payment method or bank account, depending on the order and payment type.

4. Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

• Applicable for non-customized jewellery with original certificates and packaging.

• Lifetime Exchange: The current market value will be credited to your SOLITAIRE DIAM AND ART account (non-encashable). Deductions apply for making charges, discounts, or free gifts.

• Buy-Back: The customer can opt for a cash refund via bank transfer within approximately 10 business days.

Valuation Guidelines

• Diamond Jewellery: Full gold value + 80% of current diamond market value.

• Loose Solitaires: Full gold value + 80% of current diamond market value.

• Plain Gold Jewellery: 100% of prevailing gold market value.

• Limit: Applicable for items valued up to ₹4,99,999.

• Deductions: ₹3,000 processing fee, certificate replacement cost (if lost), discounts, and unpaid EMI amounts.

5. Legal & General Disclaimers

• All transactions and usage are governed by Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

• SOLITAIRE DIAM AND ART provides no express or implied warranties on the website or information shared.

• The company is not liable for any errors, interruptions, or actions taken based on information provided.

• PAN card is mandatory for purchases exceeding ₹2,00,000 in a single day.
