At House of AN Jewels, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Return Window: We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery for most of the items.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized jewellery (including engravings).

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered by a third party.

• Gold coins.

Conditions for Return: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all certificates (IGI) and accessories. Missing certificates may incur a replacement fee.

Refund Process: Once our Quality Assurance team inspects and approves the return (usually within 2-4 business days), the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 8-12 business days for the credit to appear.

General Eligibility

• The Buyback Policy is subject to a piece review by our team to ensure the product is free from alterations, damages, or unauthorized repairs.

• The decision of the House of AN Jewels team shall be final and binding for all requests under the Lifetime Buyback Scheme.

• Buyback or exchange is not applicable for any customised jewellery, including personalised or engraved products.

We proudly offer a lifetime buyback program that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and the enduring value of our creations.

Buy-Back Value – Gold Jewellery

• 0–12 months from purchase: 75% of invoice value

• 12–24 months from purchase: 55% of invoice value

• After 24 months from purchase: 35% of invoice value

Buy-Back Value – Lab Grown Diamond & Gold Jewellery

• Gold: 100% of the prevailing market value*

• Lab grown diamond: 80% of the prevailing market value*

Inspection

All items submitted for buyback will undergo a detailed inspection by our quality assurance team. This evaluation confirms the authenticity and condition of each piece and helps maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and integrity.

Non-Eligible Items for Buyback

• Customised or personalised jewellery pieces.

• Jewellery that has been altered or repaired by anyone other than House of AN Jewels.

• Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales, unless otherwise specified.

• Specific products may have separate buyback terms during promotional periods.

Conditions for Buyback

• The jewellery must be in its original condition, without damage or alterations.

• Original product must be submitted.

• Original invoice or a copy of the invoice must be provided.

• Product certificate, if applicable, must be provided.

• A valid government-issued ID proof of the person making the buyback or exchange request must be provided.

• Warranty card must be provided.

Additional Terms

• If any discounts were applied during the original purchase, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the buyback value of the lab grown diamonds.

• Buyback value shall be determined strictly based on the original purchase price, applicable time period, and percentage ratio under the House of AN Jewels Buyback Policy.

• The refund amount shall exclude all taxes applied at the time of purchase.

• The buyback scheme and reimbursement of payment shall be subject to a successful quality check of the goods by the Company.

• The goods must be accompanied by the original certificate, original invoice, and the Company’s warranty card.

• Products need to be self-shipped to the House of AN Jewels office in Mumbai. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

• If House of AN Jewels arranges a pickup, any logistics charges at actuals may be deducted while determining the buyback value.

• All payments for the buyback value shall be made through RTGS or NEFT only.

• Payments shall be made only to the person or entity named in the original invoice, subject to submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and valid product certificate, where applicable.

• Refunds and payments under the Buyback Scheme shall be processed within 21 business days after the product is received at our registered office.

• Products sent under the Lifetime Buyback Scheme must be packed securely to avoid damage in transit, preferably using bubble wrap, a small box, or a padded envelope.

• In case House of AN Jewels arranges re-shipping under the Lifetime Buyback Scheme, the product must be shipped only through our approved shipping partners.

• Call or WhatsApp our Customer Care at +91 96646 77777 to confirm once the package is ready with all required documents and items, so that re-shipment can be arranged if applicable.

 

Discretion of Rights

House of AN Jewels reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting exchanges and buybacks, and may modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically. Any changes or clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. If material changes are made, we will notify customers on the website accordingly.
